Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Sr Specialist, Educational Programs will support the North America Professional Education Team and is responsible for

leading the creation, coordination, and continuous improvement of educational programs for healthcare professionals and sales

teams. This is a newly created position that will build the infrastructure for professional education from the ground up—there are

no existing systems or templates being inherited. The [Insert title] will serve as a strategic partner in developing scalable,

compliant, and high-impact programming in support of major commercial launches and ongoing field education. Reporting to the

Director of Professional Education, the individual will lead cross-functional collaboration, optimize platform integration (e.g.,

Cvent), and manage the full logistics lifecycle for complex programs.

Responsibilities:

· Build and implement new program coordination systems and infrastructure to support clinician and sales education,

including process design, documentation, stakeholder workflows, and supporting tools.

· Plan and execute educational meetings and events in alignment with training objectives and launch readiness needs,

managing all logistics end-to-end (scheduling, venue, travel, catering, communications).

· Support and scale programs to meet expanding business needs, including preparation for significant increases in

Professional Education programs tied to new product launches.

· Lead the integration and optimization of existing platforms (e.g., Cvent) to enable smooth enrollment, communications,

data tracking, and post-event insights—no additional platform training expected.

· Act as primary liaison for healthcare professionals (HCPs), sales teams, and internal stakeholders, owning all attendee-

facing communications and addressing program-related inquiries.

· Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Global Meetings & Events, and Procurement teams to ensure programs

meet regulatory, budgetary, and operational standards.

· Oversee vendor sourcing, contracting, and invoice reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking within pre-established

budgets.

· Lead HCP contract administration for all engagements through appropriate systems while ensuring adherence to federal

reporting and compliance guidelines.

· Own the coordination and quality control of program materials (e.g., presentations, handouts), including ordering,

printing, versioning, and delivery for all events.

· Analyze post-event survey feedback to identify improvement opportunities, inform planning, and support continuous

optimization of the educational experience.

· Maintain documentation of all program activity, attendee data, and budgetary records to ensure operational

transparency and audit readiness.

· Strategic problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail; able to identify risks, implement contingency plans,

and optimize workflows under pressure.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management systems (e.g., Cvent); able to configure tools for efficiency and scalability. · Professional presence and customer-service mindset; able to effectively engage with healthcare professionals, commercial teams, and senior internal stakeholders. · Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and drive alignment. · Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated healthcare environments, with a focus on operational integrity and audit-readiness.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in event management, project management, training or related field. Proven experience coordinating educational events in a corporate setting a plus. · Bachelor’s degree in event management, healthcare, marketing, business or related field required. · Combined education and experience will be considered. · Experience with contract administration, preferably in healthcare or medical device industry a plus. · Familiarity with HCP engagement platforms and federal reporting requirements required. · Ability to travel domestically with occasional international travel, estimated 50% travel.
