POSITION OVERVIEW: 

The Account Executive, Ticket Sales is responsible for generating new revenue through the sale of season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages for Nashville SC. This role will have a primary focus on full season memberships and premium inventory, while also contributing to group sales and select non-soccer events at GEODIS Park (concerts, international matches, and more). The Account Executive will report directly to the Manager of Ticket Sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new revenue by selling season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
  • Execute outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging referrals.
  • Conduct a designated number of weekly face-to-face meetings and outbound calls to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-energy sales team environment.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related field; 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. 
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for driving results. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce and Archtics preferred. 
  • Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. 
  • Soccer knowledge a plus, but not required. 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
