We're looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to lead the expansion of our locations across Florida. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating real estate transactions, and playing a key part in a growing brand's success. Position Details:

Employment Type: Full-time, Salary Exempt

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually

Location: Remote (Florida preferred) with moderate travel

What You'll Do:

Research potential markets to support our brand's expansion.

Negotiate and secure real estate transactions for our water and ice vending stations.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth permitting, construction, and operational processes.

Prepare and present site packages for upper management review.

Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.

Perform additional duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in real estate transactions

Preferred Experience: Background in ATM or EV charging station real estate transactions

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Skills: Strong negotiation, market research, and relationship-building abilities

Requirements: Clean driving record and a valid driver's license

Work Environment & Travel:

Remote work flexibility, with a preference for candidates based in Florida

Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including occasional air and car travel

Frequent use of computers, email, and phone communication
