Dorman Products is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Engine Management Systems team. As an Engineering Manager for Dorman, you will direct and manage cross functional Product Team technical activities relating to product design, manufacture, validation, and quality. You will develop, interpret, and discuss engineering team resource needs and process gaps and analyze technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to plan projects. We are seeking an Engineering Manager who can use creative methods to solve problems and develop new solutions while leading a team of Mechanical Engineers. This is a hybrid role, in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) Monday through Thursday with the ability to work from home on Friday.
