We are seeking an Electrical/Electronics Component Engineer with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to contribute to the development and documentation of electrical and electronic components. The role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating component development activities, and executing a product strategy roadmap for both complex and simpler components.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and document electrical and/or electronic components.
Perform and document simulations related to component development.
Define and communicate component requirements to suppliers.
Collaborate with and manage work distribution with suppliers.
Take operational responsibility for supplier relationships.
Recommend and evaluate suppliers for specific components.
Evaluate and select internal components for projects.
Ensure alignment across functions and with business goals.
Manage complex components or large sets of simpler components.
Contribute to and execute the Product Strategy Roadmap for assigned areas.
2–5 years of relevant industry experience in electrical/electronic component development.
Proven ability to work independently and manage own tasks.
Strong documentation and simulation skills.
Experience in managing supplier interactions and negotiations.
Self-driven with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Ability to work cross-functionally and align technical solutions with business needs.
Growing understanding of broader technical domains and system-level thinking.
Demonstrates potential for long-term professional growth.
