Health Advocates Network is seeking a **Board Certified Behavior Analyst** to work at a Facility in **Escondido?, CA.** This is a registry position with our company. **Pay Rate:** $68 / hour **Shift Details:** + ?Class: BCBA - IDD - CA Shift: 1 Start: 07:00:00 End: 15:00:00 **Duties:** + Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans. + Work closely with clients, families, and team members to set goals. + Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). + Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed. + Maintain accurate documentation and reports. **Qualifications:** + **Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst** + Ability to build rapport with patients + Compassionate and caring demeanor + Familiarity with medical terminology + CPR card issued by the American Heart Association + Must have up to date certification in the state of **CA** If interested, please apply through this job post.
