Now Hiring Accounting Clerk in Oxnard

Employment Type:Part-Time Role/Temporary assignment; 24 hours per week

Work Schedule:Monday – Friday; 8am start time.

Rate of Pay:$20.50/Hour, negotiable DOE

Responsibilities:

• AR/AP duties and data entry
• Accurately enter invoices, payments, and other financial transactions into the accounting system
• Process vendor bills and customer invoices in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status
• Send reminders or statements and respond to basic customer inquiries related to billing
• Support the preparation and review of AR aging reports to track overdue accounts.
• Assist in verifying employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with filing and document management
